How I Can Help

Coaching offers a rare pause — a chance to step back, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

As a professional coach, I partner with individuals to accelerate their professional and personal growth. I work with clients across all career stages and industries: from those in their first role to experienced professionals navigating transition, to leaders looking to grow their impact.

Coaching isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating space for reflection, discovery, and growth. Through our work together, clients cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and confidence, building the clarity and intention to navigate whatever comes next.

Whether you’re exploring a new direction, stepping into leadership, or moving through a major transition, coaching offers perspective, structure, and support to help you move from where you are to where you want to be.

INdividual and Corporate-Sponsored Coaching

Coaching engagements are customized based on the client’s goals and can include:

  • Exploration of one to multiple goals or areas of growth, with flexibility to shift focus as new priorities arise

  • Midpoint reflection to review progress and alignment

  • Brief check-ins between sessions, as needed by client

  • Final reflections to review progress and outcomes

  • Manager alignment conversation

  • Coordination with HR or learning & development partners

  • A 360 review, with interviews conducted by the coach with colleagues or stakeholders selected by the client

  • Assessment tools (e.g., personality or strengths inventories) to support insight and growth

  • Development planning support to translate coaching insights into practical next steps

Accessibility and Pro Bono Coaching

I believe coaching should be accessible and inclusive. Each quarter, I set aside a few reduced-rate spots for individuals experiencing financial hardship, and offer pro bono coaching to clients in the nonprofit sector who are working to make a difference in the world around them.
